Fergal has over twenty five years of experience in identifying and securing strategic high-yield investment site locations and executing developments ranging from luxury high-end residential properties to complex contemporary retail, industrial and commercial units. Examples of the developments undertaken include properties tailored to the holiday home market in the West Of Ireland, as well as high-end residential developments in London and Dublin. Fergal has accomplished superior expertise in reviewing and evaluating business procedures and overseeing the work of other upper-level management executives. He is well versed in setting up the benchmarks for revenue margins and company productivity, as well as implementing new directives for growth and optimisation of high level client relationships.
Furthermore, Fergal has extensive experience in prospecting and relationship development, execution of business development projects through evaluating, managing, negotiating and concluding agreements, development of stakeholder relationships, as well as strategic brand building.
AJ Deane
Contracts Manager
AJ has over twenty years experience of contracts and project management in the Civil and Construction Industry. AJ has managed a vast variety of projects, which included residential, industrial and commercial contracts in UK, Ireland and mainland Europe. Projects in the UK included the refurbishment of the iconic Rotunda Building in Birmingham city centre from a high rise office building to prestigious high end residential apartments as well as multimillion civil and industrial projects such as works on the Cottam power plant and major water pipeline project for South Staffordshire Water. Over the years AJ has developed a reputation for having an ability for problem solving and an appreciation for attention to detail, especially in the finer details of high end residential property. AJ is noted for his ability to work with all stakeholders to deal with any arising issues to bring projects in on budget and programme with an emphasis on maintaining a working good relationship with all relevant parties.
David Heaney
Commercial Director
David brings to the company over 18 years of extensive experience in the construction industry. David has worked on civil and construction build projects with some of the biggest names in the industry such as Laing O’Rourke Construction and McNamara in both UK and Ireland . David has a proven ability to manage successfully a wide range of building projects with experience in running multiple projects at one time while maintaining full responsibility for the projects from inception to completion. To date he has repeatedly demonstrated superior competence to provide technical guidance to the site, and resolve critical site issues, to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems, to prepare and submit budget estimates and progress and cost tracking reports, as well as plan, organize, and direct activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems.
