Aspect have been contracted by Highgate to design and build a residential development in Ranelagh, Dublin 6. Aspect engaged DTA Architects and appointed a design team to make a planning application for a residential development on a site of circa 1165 m2 at 130 Ranelagh, Dublin 6. The development will consist of the construction of 4 no. dwellings, Units A-D inclusive, with a total of 5 car parking spaces. Unit A, a 3 storey 5 bedroom over basement house with frontages to Ranelagh.

Grattan Court East, off Mount St Lower, Dublin 2

Aspect were engaged by DD Homes Ltd to appoint and manage a design team to deliver a residential development on a Dublin city centre site of 0.15 acres. Aspect managed the design process from concept through to the granting of planning permission on the site for 5 x townhouses (from 1,485 sqft) and 2 x duplex apartments (from 1,281 sqft).

Aspect Design to Finish have been contracted by Highgate to appoint and manage a design and build team for a hotel in central Dublin. Aspect have appointed John Fleming Architects  and Tom Phillips Associates to lead a team of design consultants to prepare and submit a planning application for a 150 room hotel in central Dublin.
