Aspect engaged DTA Architects and appointed a design team to make a planning application for a residential development on a site of circa 1165 m2 at 130 Ranelagh, Dublin 6. The development will consist of the construction of 4 no. dwellings, Units A-D inclusive, with a total of 5 car parking spaces. Unit A, a 3 storey 5 bedroom over basement house with frontages to Ranelagh.
