Aspect Design to Finish were engaged to develop a one hectare site within walking distance of Swords town centre. Aspect appointed a design team that delivered a residential development consisting of 27 semi-detached and detached residential dwellings.

The Glebe Hill development consists of 1 detached five bedroomed house, 16 four bedroomed semi detached units and 10 three bedroomed semi detached units. Each property will provide two parking spaces and a sizable private garden space to the rear of each of the residential units.
