Aspect are due to commence works on a housing development following a planning grant for the construction of four houses in central Ranelagh. Aspect will be setting up the site in the coming weeks with  a full presence on site by mid November.

Aspect have been awarded the contract to extent and refurbish Galway County Councils Dog Pound in Galway city. Works are expected to take 8 weeks with work to commence in late September.

A new development recently completed by Aspect has been launched to the market. Aspect Design to Finish were appointed by Highgate to built the exclusive scheme of 6 luxurious semi-detached family homes.

Constructed to a high specification, the houses are A2 Rated energy efficient with incorporated solar panels, energy saving gas condensing boilers, thermostatic controls on all radiators, as well as a high level of insulation.

This development has the units which were the first to be signed off by Dun Laoghaire Rathdown Council using the new building regulations and BCMS system.
