Aspect have been contracted by Highgate to design and build a residential development in Ranelagh, Dublin 6. Aspect engaged DTA Architects and appointed a design team to make a planning application for a residential development on a site of circa 1165 m2 at 130 Ranelagh, Dublin 6. The development will consist of the construction of 4 no. dwellings, Units A-D inclusive, with a total of 5 car parking spaces. Unit A, a 3 storey 5 bedroom over basement house with frontages to Ranelagh.

Glebe Hill, Brackenstown Road, Swords

Aspect Design to Finish were engaged to develop a one hectare site within walking distance of Swords town centre. Aspect appointed a design team that delivered a residential development consisting of 27 semi-detached and detached residential dwellings.

The Glebe Hill development consists of 1 detached five bedroomed house, 16 four bedroomed semi detached units and 10 three bedroomed semi detached units. Each property will provide two parking spaces and a sizable private garden space to the rear of each of the residential units.

Wellfield, Churchtown

Wellfield is a brand new development of six 4 bedroom semi-detached homes on the Upper Churchtown Road. Aspect Design to Finish have built anexclusive scheme of 6 luxurious semi-detached family homes.

Constructed to a high specification, the houses are A2 Rated energy efficient with incorporated solar panels, energy saving gas condensing boilers, thermostatic controls on all radiators, as well as a high level of insulation.

This development has the units which were the first to be signed off by Dun Laoghaire Rathdown Council using the new building regulations and BCMS system.
