This development consists of thirteen units of 3300+ square feet and 20 own door offices of 1600 – 1900 sq ft. The units are finished to a very high specification. They can be used for warehousing, distribution centres, commercial or office space.

The property is located to the east side of the main spine road through Clonshaugh Industrial Estate which adjoins Notrthside Shopping Centre. It is equidistant between Santry and Coolock, some 8 kilometres north of the city centre. There is rapid access to Dublin Port Tunnel and the M50. Dublin Airport is located 5 kilometres to the north.

The Valkenburg Hotel & Night Club, Ballinrobe

Aspect Design to Finish were awarded the contract to construct a new building by Richard and Barry Langan. The new building added 2 No. Retail Units, on the ground floor, an extension over two floors to an existing night club and offices/ Function room on the top floor.

This contract was completed within a year and handed over ready for the Christmas break, this was vital for our clients to take full advantage of the trade guaranteed by the festive season. In addition to the short programme, we also had to ensure that works did not infringe on the existing night club remained open for business through the duration of the project.

Airside Retail Park, Swords Co. Dublin

This superb development is located approx. 15km north of Dublin city centre and is within minutes of Dublin Airport and the M1 and M50 motorways. The development adjoins Airside Retail and Motor Parks, Goreshill and Feltrim Hall residential developments. It is close to the Pavilions Shopping Centre, Swords Town Centre and a number of business and industrial parks. The Port Tunnel entrance is within approx. 3km of the site and the proposed metro/rail link from the city centre to the Airport is set to run adjacent to the front of the site. The site can be accessed from the M1 motorway, the N1 (old Dublin to Belfast national primary road) and the Malahide/Swords Road.

For warehouse, distribution centre, commercial or office space. This development consists of two units of 8,260 square feet each, finished to a high specification an additional feature of this development was the ample car parking and excellent access for larger vehicles.

Higgin Chambers & Flanagan, Headford, Co. Galway

Aspect were engaged  to carry out works to the former Bank of Ireland building in Headford. The contract consisted of complete redesign and refurbishment of the old bank building as well as the construction of a new storey extension to the existing building to accommodate a solicitors practice.
